Chickpea flour yogurt curry with 


Panjabi kaddi:-

Believe me this exotic dish is soooo mouth watering that you are gonna lick your fingers......enjoy this panjabi dish with rice ......

For yogurt curry /kaddi:-

Saur curd-2 cups
Salt …as per taste
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1tsp

For tempering / tadka:-

Ghee /clirefy butter-2tbsp,
dana methi-1/2 tsp,rai-1/2 tsp, whole red chilly -2,heeng-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste -2tbsp

For pakodas / dumplings:-

Pakodas  are   made of chickpea flour better for that
Chickpea flour or besan-1cup
Heeng or asafetida-a pinch


For kaddi / yogurt curry mix all the ingredients except   salt whisked well and add water to make it liquid
Heat  oil in a kadai ,add tadka ingredients and stir fry till they change color add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
Add flour liquid in it and mix well ,stirring continuously for three to four minutes until it thickens a little ,add salt and water if required ,boil for another 2 to 3 min  
Heat oil in kadai for frying ,mix all the ingredients of pakoda and mix well with water whisk well to make a thick  and fluffy batter  now take a spoon full of better and fry in hot oil to make pakodas  make around 15 of them and keep aside or soak them in water
Now squeeze out water out of  pakodas and add in kaddi mix well and serve hot

Note:- for garnishing I put red ghee made out of red hot chilly
