ingredeants:-  ladyfinger or okra-1/2 kg  onion 3-4,  tomato-2, karipatta-3 to 4 green chilly-1 garlic-3 to 4 flacks panchpuran-1tbsp redcilly powder -1/2 tsp coriander powder-1/2 tsp turmeric powder-1/2 tsp crushed roasted groundnut-3tbsp salt as per taste oil 1tbsp method:- wash and cut lady finger put a pan on fire,put oil in itnow add panchpuran masala in itwhen start crackling add karipatta and garlic chilly paste in itstir till light in colour add chopped onions in it,cook till turn golden brownadd okra and mix well put all dry masala in it cover it for 2 to 3 minnow add tomatoes in it "my grand ma use to put tamarind pulp in it but i use tomatoes "tomatoes add colour in it , stir for 3-4 min then add crushed ground nut in itachari bhindi is ready to serve ,garnish with green coriander and serve with roti or perathas

Vegetarian Stuffed Braided Bread with cottage cheese filling

Hello everyone! It’s Saturday once again and every time Saturday comes rolling around the corner I’m usually busy preparing some yummy yummy breakfast  . This weekend I’ll be sharing my very own version of the braided bread but . . . with a “twist!”  I believe I started making this dish way back in college and it’s been a hit with my family ever since. Instead of  pastry dough I simply use bread dough to make it  much easier and healthy . It’s also faster to prepare and I just want to reduce amount of butter that we usually use in pastry dough. If you want crunch then you can use ready made pastry dough.   You can basically incorporate whatever stuffing you like into this recipe. Feel free to substitute any kind of vegetable  you wish or mix it up with your favorite ingredients and spices. But when I make these, most of the time, I just use whatever ingredient is available at that moment. mix dal .......................250 gm
haldi (tarmaric powder).....1/2tsp
salt.............................as per taste
for tadka(tempering):-
onion(chopped) .................1no
tomato(chopped)................2no
garlic ginger paste...............1 tsp
fresh cream(can take malai).....2 tbsp
kasoori methi.......................2tsp
butter...............................2 tbsp
red chilly powder,coriander powder,dal makhni masala as per taste
(like if you want spicy then add 1 tsp,otherwise 1/2 tsp each)
green coriander......for garnishing
method:-
presher cook dal with haldi and salt till done(give atleast 6 to 10 min )
for tadka:-
put a pan on fire(very imp hehehehe)
now heat butter plz dont over cook like me.......
add jeera and hing (1 tsp each) in it
now add ginger garlic paste stir well cook till golden in colour
add onions stir till golden add green chilly
when oil separate add tomatoes and dry masala
cook till oil separate…
