Potato bomb!!!! I gave aloo bonda this unusual name because it is round in shape, very tasty and spicy bombs just melts in your mouth. Very popular Indian street food , mostly serve with special Indian bread called pav . This particular bonda is little different because it is made of singhade ka atta ( water chestnut flour) so it can be used in fasting also Potato bombs. (Aaloo bonda)
