Pineapple raita (pineapple curd dip)
With a very good combination of fruit and curd this tasty raita is my kids favorite side dish in any dinner or lunch party . What more is required then a good health of my family and this dish is full of nutrition . So I decided I will include this side dish once a week in my regular menu .
For this we required :
Pineapple - 1 cup
Thick curd - 2 cup
Cumin powder - ½ tsp.
Green chili (finely chopped) - ½ tsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - 1tsp
salt - To taste
How to proceed :
In a bowl, take curd and mix it with sugar, salt and cumin seed powder. Beat mixture until it turns smooth.
Add green chili and combine well.
Add chunks of pineapple and combine well.
Sprinkle black pepper and garnish with coriander leaves. Ready to serve :)
