Homemade Pickled jalapeños

Pickled jalapeno rings are one of my most favorite things. I've always wanted to learn how to make them--this recipe made it possible. I found this recipe long back while surfing on net and have been using it very often ...I really don't know whose recipe was this, but I really want to thank that person/blogger for sharing such a nice recipe.  sometimes I pickle baby onions, cucumber and carrots also by same recipe. My daughters love it ...I use them in sandwiches, subs, in baked casseroles and on pizzas ..... just awesome ..give it a try 
How to make homemade jalapeño pickle
3/4 cup water 3/4 cup distilled white vinegar  3 tablespoons white sugar  1 tablespoon kosher salt  1 clove garlic, crushed  1/2 teaspoon oregano  10 large jalapeno peppers, sliced into rings  4" ginger sliced 
Directions
Combine water, vinegar, sugar, kosher salt, garlic, and oregano in a saucepan over high heat. 
Bring mixture to a boil, stir in jalapeno peppers and sliced ginger, remove from heat.

Whatever you call them, these gigantic sandwiches are the perfect game day fuel.  So tasty soooo yummy and healthy too this recipe is perfect for any time snacks just few ingredients and that's it ...even a novice can make this in no time ..
